We measure marketing ROI on the metrics the business actually budgets against — ROAS, CAC, CPL, payback period, and conversion contribution by channel. Attribution is multi-touch and cross-channel by default, so paid search doesn’t get credit for revenue that organic and email actually built. Every touchpoint is connected to a CRM-recorded opportunity or revenue event, sliced by campaign, geography, audience, and product. The dashboard shows what each rupee of spend returned and which channels are over- or under-funded relative to the revenue they generate — so reallocation decisions are evidence-based, not last-quarter habits.

Three things. First, it monitors your KPIs continuously and flags anomalies, spend leakage, attribution gaps, and underperforming creatives without anyone asking. Second, it generates natural-language analysis, explaining what changed, why it likely changed, and what the data suggests next. Third, it powers conversational analytics, so anyone in the marketing team can ask questions in plain English and get sourced, dashboard-grounded answers.

Phase 1 covering data foundation, KPI standardization, and the first set of standardized dashboards across your primary platforms typically goes live in couple of weeks from the point of platform access and KPI sign-off. The AI layer and external signal integrations follow in Phase 2. Final sign off typically takes less than a month.

Data security is inherent to how we build, not a feature we add. Engagements operate inside your cloud environment or in dedicated DPA-managed environments with encryption, role-based access, and audit logging. We are aligned with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards, and for engagements with sensitive customer data, we deploy inside the client's own infrastructure with no DPA-side access to raw data. Every engagement is governed by an NDA and DPDPD Act / GDPR-compliant data handling protocols.

Engagements are structured in two parts: a one-time setup fee for Phase 1 (data foundation, standardization, and dashboards) and an annual maintenance contract for pipeline monitoring, dashboard upkeep, and minor enhancement requests. Phase 2 (AI layer, external signals, conversational analytics) is scoped separately. We can typically scope a Phase 1 commercial within 48 hours of an exploratory call.
